For the DACH market, we are searching for a Regional Marketing Manager for a period of one year to cover for maternity leave. The role will work closely with our team of Marketing Managers around the world as well as our commercial team in the DACH region to grow our business across the region, increasing brand awareness and ensuring an optimized and harmonized customer experience customer journey.
As part of the Customer Marketing team, you will work closely with the different teams within the HQ Marketing function ensuring all activities are aligned to the global marketing strategy but adapted to achieve maximum impact in your region. You need to bring with you advanced digital marketing capabilities but being an all-around marketer, you need to be able to deliver relevant communication materials as well as organize impactful events that create meaningful opportunities to engage with our customers.

Purpose and contribution to company strategy

The purpose of this role is to grow our brand awareness and ensure an optimized and harmonized customer experience across the entire customer journey in the DACH region.
The role forms part of the Customer Marketing team and works closely with the different teams within the HQ Marketing function. The role will ensure all activities are aligned to the global marketing strategy, implementing the relevant campaigns/tactics. Additional scope to work on global marketing projects. The role is responsible for brand management using our various touchpoints i.e. social media platforms, email marketing, and official customer communications and engagement, etc.
Ensure our use of marketing material is up to date and consistent with the global brand guidelines and positioning.
